Search the letter board for English animal names in horizontal, vertical or diagonal lines.
Animals Word Search places a list of English animal names beside a letter board. Find each name in a straight line, which may run horizontally, vertically or diagonally, and trace it from its first letter to its last.
The animal theme gives the list a clear focus, but the directions still require careful scanning. Check the spelling of a name before tracing it so similar letters do not lead you past the correct endpoint.
How to play
Read an animal name from the side panel. Find that spelling in a straight line on the board. Press its first letter and move to the last letter, then release to mark it. Continue until every animal in the list has been found.
Controls
Hold the mouse button on the first letter and drag to the last letter. On a supported touch screen, touch the first letter and trace the word.
Tips
Look along diagonals as well as rows and columns. Once you find the first two letters, check the complete line before tracing the word.
