Sonic Gold Match-3 is a group-removal puzzle on a tall checkerboard. All character pictures are visible. Select a connected group of at least two identical pictures to remove it; the remaining tiles move into the spaces left behind.
The level panel shows a score target, beginning at 500 in the opening level. Choose groups with the next arrangement in mind, because leaving isolated single pictures can reduce your options. The title is retained for identification, while the guide describes the actual click-to-clear mechanic.
How to play
Press the green play button. Find two or more identical character tiles connected horizontally or vertically and click one of them to remove that group. Build the score shown by the level target, then follow the next-stage prompt.

Tips
Larger connected groups give you more room to work. Before clearing one, check whether the falling and shifting tiles will join another matching group or leave a lone picture.
